45ml Moko Spiced Rum
15ml Sugar Syrup
2 Ginger Slices
2 Cardamon Seeds
Top up of Soda
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing glass over ice and stir untilled chilled. Pour into a whiskey tumbler filled with ice and top up with soda. Garnish with a lemon slice and rosemary sprig.
